Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, on-site, and is a contract position.
What You'll Do
Directs and participates in all activities related to the selection and installation of telephone facilities and special on-premises equipment
Designs and develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and demonstrate value of data exchange via the system
Develops executive level presentation materials and dashboards
Participates in formal and informal requirements elicitation sessions with senior level and other stakeholders, including workshops, focus groups, and interviews for the Master Person Index (MPI) initiatives
Creates and maintains data analytics for health information network and other data sets based on salesforce and amazon data lake data sets using python scripting and other scripting languages as well as tableau data analytics tools
Identify, document and share repeatable process improvement opportunities for Health Information Network programs and in support of the statewide roll out of enterprise applications
Uses formal project management documentation and technical tools such as Microsoft Foundation Server and performs quality assurance and testing of for the MPI
What You'll Need
Required:
Experience as a senior level consultant experienced in healthcare and data exchange
Experience meeting with stakeholders to analyze and document existing business processes and technical issues and recommend business improvement opportunities
Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects
Experience with project controls, project management and phases
Experience: Analyzing, interpreting information and implementing recommended changes in project management policy, planning and budgeting
Experience in systems analysis, broad-based knowledge or business environment
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
