    General Maintenance Details

    Essential Job Duties:

  • Maintains all outside entrances, grounds, sidewalks, and parking lots.

  • Operates motorized and hand operated yard equipment necessary to perform job duties.

  • Analyzes, anticipates, and, if necessary, takes immediate corrective action on potential problem conditions,

  • Services and cleans equipment used to carry out job duties.

  • Assists in keeping the garage department and tools clean and orderly.

    Qualifications

  • Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record with no traffic violations.

  • Ability to operate different vehicle types including manual transmission.

  • Experience in lawncare and some knowledge in mechanical and electrical power equipment

  • Functional grasp of standard written and verbal English and basic math.

  • Ability to follow instructions.

  • Flexible in schedule to meet the demands of the department.
