Sourcing Program Manager

As a Sourcing Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting, managing and executing sourcing programs aligned to our objectives and strategies. You will play a critical role in driving cost savings, improving supplier performance, and ensuring supply chain continuity. Your expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management will be instrumental in driving business growth and competitiveness.

You will report directly to our Director of Sourcing within the mechanical SBT and you will work out of our Tempe, Arizona or approved AT location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supply chain design. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement in the sourcing process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop project trackers and hold teams

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance

• Provide and updated KPI’s including STRAP, AOP and SRO goals aligned to our strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives

• Drive continuous improvement in the sourcing process and implement best practices

• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management

• Excellent program management and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Experience in a manufacturing or technology industry

• Experience with SAP or other sourcing systems

• Project management skills
