Shorts Marine a well-established family-owned marine dealer is seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk to provide full-time support with F&I and in compliance of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Process bank contracts and acts as a liaison between the bank and the customer
• Accurately prepare paperwork for processing by the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV), including delivery and pick up of paperwork at DMV
• Follow processes for recording product inventory and input accurate information into the system
• Follow up with customers on paperwork/general questions and notify customers when tags arrive
• Prepare mailings and follow up with customers when mail is returned undeliverable
• Maintain filing of deals accurately and timely
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude toward the company, customer and product at all times
• Ensure rebates are recorded on sales agreement
• Assist with F& I deliveries
• Back up Customer Service with tracking and maintaining shortages at time of delivery
• Assist with boat license compliance and record information accurately
• Set up customer accounts as needed
• Prepare bank deposits as requested
• Obtain and maintain Delaware Notary Public
• Maintain current Property and Casualty Insurance license
• Attend boat shows and special events as requested
• Assist with special projects as requested
• Back up Administrative Assistants by providing front desk coverage and preparing deposits when requested
