Otis développe son activité et recherche un Ingénieur Qualité Recherche et Développement (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités située à Gien, notre centre européen de production et modernisation qui développe et fournit des appareils complets et leurs composants ainsi que des produits destinés à la modernisation d’ascenseurs existants.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité du Lead Design Center de Gien, vous accompagnez les équipes de développement sur la gestion des anomalies de nos produits collectées pendant la vie série, et sur l’amélioration continue afin de prévenir de futurs problèmes.

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

• Collecter les Retours Terrain

• Communiquer avec les clients / les chantiers

• Animer les revues avec les équipes de développement pour prise en charge

• Faire le reporting Europe/Monde des Indicateurs « Traitement des Retours Terrain »

• Suivre les indicateurs

• Alimenter le retour d'expérience

• Supporter les projets pour : intégrer le retour d’expérience / faciliter l’échange avec les chantiers

• Animer les évènements de recherche de causes origines

• Analyser les aléas pour amélioration : proposer et mener des améliorations et/ou évolutions de nos processus

Profil :

Vous possédez un Diplôme BAC+5 dans le domaine de la Qualité ou un Diplôme d’école d’ingénieurs généraliste ou spécialisée (mécanique, électronique, électrique…) avec une expérience significative de ce domaine en milieu industriel.

• Vous avez la capacité à animer des équipes transverses,

• Vous avez le sens de l’écoute et de la communication,

• Vous êtes dynamique et force de proposition,

• Vous êtes intéressé par le challenge technique (mécanique, électrique, électronique),

Votre anglais technique est courant (TOEIC niveau B2 minimum).
