AT&T Lead Product Management & Develop in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

This high-profile role sits within the AT&T Business Product organization. You will be a critical member of the Business Convergence Strategy team that is responsible for guiding AT&T Business to a new approach for connectivity.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for every aspect if our strategy including opportunity sizing, competitive research, product fit assessments, go-to-market, financial and business case modeling, and readouts to senior leadership.

The role requires strategic thought leadership, financial acumen, and cross-company collaboration.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leads product strategy to bring new solutions and features to market, including concept development, market sizing, requesting and managing capital investment, partnering with technical development teams, and leading cross functional business and go-to-market teams

  • Responsible for P&L construction

  • Defines product requirements based on customer needs

  • Vettes capital estimates, manages budgets and investment strategy to maximize ROI

  • Leads core teams consisting of key delivery, operational and cross functional stakeholders (e.g., care, digital, finance, legal, marketing, pricing, sales, supply chain and technology development)

  • Understanding of basic financial metrics and how those drive value for the business

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred in Business, Strategy, Engineering; or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Requires 7+ years’ experience

Qualifications:

  • Required: Ability to leverage consulting frameworks to ingest large amounts of data and turn into succinct insights and presentations for senior leadership

  • Preferred: proficiency in business case modeling, PowerPoint, and understanding of wireless and wireline technologies.

Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
