Do you have experience with payroll? Randstad would love to talk with you! We are currently interviewing candidates for an Accounts Payable Specialist role with a Cleveland area company. This is a full time position with a starting pay rate of $20/hr. The ideal candidate should have stable work history with a minimum of 2 years experience in a payroll role. Responsibilities

• Enter Payroll & AP

• Process Payroll & AP

• Complete Reporting for Payroll & AP

• Complete Benefits Process after Payroll post

• Complete Monthly Benefit Billing Process

• Complete Retirement and Benefits Open Enrollment

• Complete Monthly Salary Projections

• Complete Monthly Salary & Leave Accruals

• Track all Receipts and Packing Slips for agency staff purchases (does not include regular monthly bills)

• Communicating with agency programs, personnel and outside agencies as needed

• Update Payroll, A/P, and Benefits Manual as needed

• Order Fiscal Department Office supplies as needed

• Maintain prompt hours

• Notify Fiscal Manager in the event of absence

• Follow directions and instructions of Fiscal Manager (along with the Benefits, A/P, and Payroll offices)

• Follow personnel policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned
