Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Human Resources Coordinator with a Robert Half client. Located in Chicago, Illinois, the position encompasses a range of HR-related duties including recruitment, onboarding, HR reporting, and the management of employee records. This role is based onsite in Chicago, 60620.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

· Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

· Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

· Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

· Prepare and deliver onboarding materials and orientation sessions for new hires.

· Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have the necessary tools and resources.

· Assist in the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Facilitate new hire training programs and monitor progress.

· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS.

· Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

· Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

· Previous experience in an HR role or related field preferred.

· Familiarity with SAP or other HRIS systems is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
