SUMMARY
The MarTech (Marketing Technologies) IT team is responsible for the technologies powering Marketing and Real-Time Telematics communications for Subaru of America. We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team to contribute to the customization, configuration, and integration of our Marketing Systems into other systems throughout our IT ecosystem. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide development and operational support for:
Marketing Systems including, but not limited to: Adobe Experience Cloud Applications/Services/Javascript Libraries
Existing Middleware services & integrations between systems
Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficiency in developing and supporting web services (REST, SOAP) that include XML, JSON, and WSDL components
Firm understanding of web service architecture
Experience with Middleware services development and support
Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, NodeJS
Experience with AWS Cloud Application development and deployment
Proven ability to perform self-guided learning of services and systems
Experience in developing web-based applications using HTML & CSS
Experience in providing support to production systems, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
Experience with Unit & Integration Tests
Experience with creating documentation on services and systems support processes
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience with the following technologies is desired but not required:
AWS Certification
Adobe Experience Cloud Application (Campaign, Analytics, Target, AEM) integration development and support
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics with 4+ years of enterprise application development and 2+ years of solid experience with cloud application development and support

COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $68600 - $97900 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
