Commonwealth Care Alliance Executive Assistant in Boston, Massachusetts
Why This Role is Important to Us:
The Executive Administrator will serve as a critical contributor to the workings of the Chief Revenue and Growth officer and his direct reports including the connection and management of many critical components of the organization. In addition, the Executive Administrator will support the General Manager, Market Lead - Massachusetts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support executive leaders' short and long-term planning efforts
Organize and prepare strategic meetings and activities
Independently and proactively manage calendars and priorities
Proactively manage timeframes and deliverables of initiatives
Develop materials and documents to support the work of CCA
Work closely with and provide direction and oversight to other executive support staff to align priorities and work efforts
Effectively, efficiently and respectfully communicate with multiple teams within and outside of the organization
Manage other support activities such as travel, visitors and phone calls.
Support light project management activities
Support communications needs of the Office of the CEO
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum four years of experience in supporting executives or equivalent administrative experience
Embody the CCA values
Skilled in organization and anticipatory skills
Find professional joy in contributing to a team
Have a track record of success executing on priorities
Have exceptional proficiency managing executive-level tasks and initiatives
Are curious by nature with a can-do attitude and motivation to achieve more
Facility with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Powerpoint, Word, and Excel, and Outlook (scheduling)
