Job Description

Responsible for all activities around maintaining LIMS / LabVantage / MODA master datatasks and responsibilities but are not limited to:

Coordination with LIMS / LabVantage / MODA Admins to put together and route.

Execute or review an execution and close Master Data change requests for both systems.

Process supporting documentation to support change requests including, but not limited to AAD documents for controls, SPD documents for Stability updates in Sapphire LIMS.

Create test protocols and executing tests in ValGenesis.

Support cut over and hypercare activities to the new upgrade Global Lab Middleware (GLMW) system.

Build, update, and review Master Data objects such as Parameters, Parameter Lists, Specifications and Test Methods, QC Methods, Sample templates, product variants.

Test Master Data changes by running test samples in Sapphire LIMS QA environment and LabVantage LIMS 8 in MDP environment.

Collaborate with Lab SMEs to enter calculations, create reports, add data and information fields as determined by Lab.

Support business change requests to support quick and compliant turnaround.

Create sampling sites and organisms for MODA system.

This position will also interpret, process, and review query requests from the Sapphire LIMS system as well as support interim and post GLMW go live activities and data transcription to SAP until GLMW go live. Experience with the SAP Quality system is a plus.

Candidate

Experience working with Sapphire LIMS and Lab Middleware (LMW) systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Self-motivated to drive progress without constant oversight

Works well cross functionally

Skills and Requirements

3+ Years of Experience with Master Data, preferably in a lab setting -- needs to be proficient

Masters in computer science or a relevant field (may consider bachelors only if all other requirements are met with 5+ yrs of exp)

Well versed in LIMS (laboratory information management system)

Well versed with Labvantage 8X (their team is currently using 8.4) -- would consider earlier versions if they seem strong

Experience with Labware

Soft skills- go-getter attitude, ok with fast paced environment, good comm null
