Analyst Relations Manager

Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As an analyst relations manager, you will contribute to this by building strong inbound and outbound relations with the global analyst community.

Your role will involve analyst relations, stakeholder management and being a business partner.

The position will develop and curate an honest/ coherent approach to Fujitsu's relationships with the Global Analyst community. The analyst relations function will focus on building and maintaining the analyst's relationship and aligning it to the strategic initiatives of the Fujitsu business you support. This role will be focused on product development, sales enablement, and go-to-market opportunities with the end goal to maximise Fujitsu's reputation, revenue and support Fujitsu’s business units in advancing their goals.

Your transferable skills and experience:

Our analyst partners play a critical role in Fujitsu's market perception, influencing our customers' buying decisions and the partners such as Fujitsu they select. With the creation of a new Analyst Relations Strategy, it is critical we step up our engagement with 3rd party advisory companies throughout the whole year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who can demonstrate the following:

  • A strong background in AR or working experience within an analyst company (Gartner, IDC or Forrester)

  • A team player who is creative and lives a positive collaborative culture

  • Deliver ongoing AR program activities such as analyst briefings, analyst inquiries, reporting and other core program tactics.

  • Proactively and simultaneously manage multiple vendor ratings in key reports

  • Prioritise and manage incoming requests for information, research review, and customer references

  • Produce and/or edit AR content, including presentations, research notes, and other related materials

  • The ability to work independently, remote (from home) and across a number of time zones

Your experience

  • 2-5+ years of corporate or agency high-tech analyst relations experience OR working experience within an analyst company (Gartner, IDC or Forrester)

  • Successful track record of developing and executing an analyst relations strategy

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build confidence across multiple functions and levels of an organisation

  • Experience in working in a global environment and with a culturally and LGBTQ+ diverse team

  • Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to handle numerous fast-paced projects simultaneously

  • High levels of tact and diplomacy
