    Position Summary:

    The Dishwasher / Windsor Cook's Assistant is an entry position that supports both the dining room activities as well as kitchen production processes. As a Dishwasher, they must maintain high standards for cleanliness. Responsible for washing tableware and kitchen items and perform other cleaning duties as assigned. Maintains all equipment in a safe and sanitary manner. Assist in closing procedures. Assists cooks in performing a variety of functions and tasks pertinent to the production, service, and distribution of foods. Adheres to all guidelines pertaining to sanitation

    Qualifications:

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS None Required CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS ANSI Accredited Food Handler Certification Illinois within 30 days. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS None required.

    Essential Functions:

  • Assists with basic food preparation when required.

  • Sort and remove trash

  • Clean all dishes, glasses, pots and pans

  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of production and serving areas.

  • Cleans and sanitizes all equipment and tableware used for food preparation.

  • Load and unload food supplies

  • Sweep and mop floors
