Robert Half Oracle P2 Analyst in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Description

This role involves serving as a Systems Analyst for the Oracle Enterprise Business Suite and P2 Enterprise Upstream applications. You will provide functional and technical expertise, support business users, and participate in project-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to business users in their daily activities and project-related tasks

• Assist with the planning and scheduling necessary to implement patches, upgrades, and new products

• Test patches, new releases, and specific code to ensure they meet business requirements and provide continuous and quality business activity

• Liaise with the business to assess process requirements, evaluate possible alternatives, recommend, and implement solutions

• Create and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation related to area of responsibility

• Participate in computer audits and perform testing for disaster recovery process to ensure a secure processing environment

• Assist with the development of methods and processes for integrating different products to support business processes

• Maintain relationships with software suppliers and other third parties to provide timely and cost-effective customer support

• Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide quality support for the portfolio of business applications

• Exhibit strong skills with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Development

• Establish and sustain close working relationships with business customers in the delivery of IT services and support

• Take ownership of support issues, utilizing other internal/external expertise as required.

Requirements • Possess a solid understanding of the Oil & Gas - Explor & Prod industry

• Proficient in ERP/CRM consulting and strategies

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle

• Knowledgeable about upstream business processes in the Oil & Gas industry

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
