As related Turnkey projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has complete autonomy up to successful project PAC: Define project objectives & strategy / Manage the entire project scope of work / Responsible for delivering the project on time / Cost Management / Project Organization Management / Contract & Suppliers, Subcontractors Management / Risk & Opportunities Management / Quality, EHS management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Electrical Substations Turnkey Projects. Responsible for overseeing the project and direct leadership and management of project resources for small-medium sized projects (average 5-15MEur) that include turnkey projects.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

• Uses level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

• A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members

Required Qualifications:

• This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management & Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Degree level or equivalent education.

• Most suitable candidates will possess an engineering-related degree, although some may come from a general management commercial background.

• Manage Italian as main language. English working knowledge.

• Minimum 5 years experience of managing middle/big size projects value (avg 10M Euro) or work package of project, or

• Experience in one or several functions involved on operations: logistic, sourcing, engineering, field services…

• Project management in an international environment (optional)

• Experience of team building

• Experience of similar industry

• Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium periods and to travel world-wide

• Certified as PM level B/C or should be certified in the following 6-9 months after assignment. The candidate shall have the competencies associated with this level (see competency wheel described in PM Certification procedure).
