Are you ready to dive into the world of accounting? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. No prior experience? No problem! We're looking for someone with a passion for learning and a positive attitude to join this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing accounts payable invoices and ensuring accurate coding and documentation.

• Learn to reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

• Assist in maintaining organized electronic and physical files for accounts payable records.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Participate in department meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

• Embrace opportunities to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by actively participating in team activities and fostering open communication.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in accounting is a plus.

• Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of accounting.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and other office software.

• Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and collaborative workplace.
