- High school diploma and four years of relevant experience

- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in recruitment in Higher Education, Marketing, Client Services, or Consulting

- Valid driver\'s license required upon employment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
