Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves providing essential technical assistance to end-users within our organization and troubleshooting basic IT issues. This is an onsite role and will involve direct interaction with various hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic user account management, including password resets and access requests for end-users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with Windows operating systems.

• Assist in the setup and configuration of desktops and laptops.

• Diagnose and address basic printer issues, both hardware and software.

• Install and configure printers on end-user workstations.

• Provide support for basic hardware components such as desktops and peripherals.

• Assist with the installation and configuration of standard software applications.

• Utilize ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.

• Work with Active Directory for user account management.

• Address printer-related issues and perform printer setups and troubleshooting. Requirements • Proven experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar

• Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft products

• Strong understanding and experience working with Active Directory

• Demonstrated experience with computer hardware, including troubleshooting and repair

• Experience in deskside support, including handling user queries and issues

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
