Teradyne Product Manager- Global Customer Service in North Reading, Massachusetts

Summary:

The Product Manager for Global Customer Services will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, business proposals, and sales support for our Services business. This position requires close interaction with our marketing analysts, field service team, sales, and other business partners around the world.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service lifecycle, including purchasing models and forecasting.

  • Ensure trade compliance through development and implementation of operational strategies.

  • Develop service offerings for newly released products.

  • Create and implement strategies to address competitors and pursue new market segments.

  • Develop policies and customer agreements in line with business objectives.

  • Define pricing of new products including sales collateral and market positioning.

  • Create and manage engagements with distribution partners.

  • Identify, develop, and implement business processes improvements.

  • Learn about our Test Products and the different markets they serve.

  • Evaluate business and competitive environment to enable effective decision making.

    Skills and Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of experience in a field relevant to the skills required below.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

  • Strong quantitative skills. Ability to discern meaning from complex business models.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables.

  • Intermediate MS PowerPoint skills (creating streamlined and visually appealing customer-ready presentations).

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing a plus, but not required.

  • A problem solver with a positive attitude.

  • This is a global function and will require regular night-time conference calls and 5-10% global travel for successful execution.

  • Must reside in/around the Greater Boston Area or be willing to relocate. Hybrid work schedule.

  • English fluency required.
