Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Magna Hospitality Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. JOB SUMMARY
What will I be doing?
As the Executive Housekeeper, you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Manage daily Housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting space
Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Manage daily systems use and management, cost controls, and overall profitability, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation, and enforcement, and meeting participation and facilitation.
Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward
Oversee and conduct room inspections
Recruit, interview, and train team members

Education and Experience:
A minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish verbally and in writing.

- For applicants working in NYC , the anticipated compensation range for the position is $82,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year. The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
