What You Will Do:

Support leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Responsible for the stock equation (production plan and inventory) and ensures the quality of the demand for the brand they manage. Coordinate launches to optimize the service level and inventory.  

The Sr. Analyst would be responsible for:

  • Manage launch and basic safety stock at the SKU level for multiple métiers. 

  • Analyze specific trends, new product launches to determine risks & opportunities. 

  • Facilitate monthly meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to review all Launches and ensure all elements are on track. 

  • Perform monthly planning cycle- working closely with Demand Planning and GBSC

  • Responsible for inventory days of supply

  • Work closely with the Promo and Development teams on promotional programs. 

  • Investigate daily/weekly cuts to identify causes and work to rectify.   

  • Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles.                                           

  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and develop best in class stock equation modules. 

  • Maintain and update SKU catalogue. 

  • Regular interaction with the domestic GBSCs

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field.

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Supply Chain

  • Proficient skills in MS Office required, intermediate to advanced MS Excel required

  • SAP or equivalent experience

  • Previous planning experience

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and excel in a team environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Travel to New York offices will be required at least 3 times a month
