Position Summary Under the direction of the Director, Desktop and End User Technology Strategy and Support, the Microsoft 365 Analyst, or Digital Workplace Analyst, will play a vital leadership role in strategizing and supporting our large portfolio of collaboration tools, with a substantial focus on Office 365 solutions. Together with colleagues in IS, and key stakeholders across Versiti geographies, this role will focus on how Versiti best supports an ever-emerging hybrid workforce and interorganizational collaboration requirements, looking to generate more value from our collaboration solutions - blending business need with best practices in process, governance and technology. In conjunction with their Director, the Digital Workplace Analyst act as an expert player/coach relative to our collaboration and digital workplace solution architectures to support business need. Responsibilities Communication * Keep Versiti IS leadership, IS staff and customers informed on the status of projects/requests. * Follows Versiti change management policies and procedures when introducing changes to the environment. Documentation Maintenance * Maintain Configuration Management Database, Environmental Manual, and other work instructions as needed. Customer Assistance and Training * Respond to and resolve tier 2 and 3 Service Desk requests as assigned. * Provides desk-side training as needed.
