How you will make contributions that matter... * Lead insights related aspects of joint business planning initiatives including recommendations for pricing, promotion and assortment strategies with our largest retail customers. * Deliver strategic recommendations to develop and implement category strategy. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Marketing, Innovation and Sales to execute and generate insights to drive decision making. * Work with data vendors to provide Best-in-Class reporting for the organization. * Facilitate the automation of reporting within the current set of data tools. * Provide additional ad hoc analysis upon request. You are best suited for the role if you... * Bachelor\'s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. * 3+ years of experience in marketing, category management, consumer insights or related field. CPG preferred. Knowledge of ingredient sales strongly desired. * Expertise with retail data sources (e.g. Circana, Nielsen, 84.51 Stratum, Mintel). * Proficient in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within an organization. * Proven ability to drive growth through analytics. * Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail & accuracy. * Some travel may be required. Salary Range: \$58,670 to \$77,000 Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
