Amazon Program Management Intern in Mexico City, Mexico

Program Management interns learn to conduct implementation, maintenance and growth of a strategic program (e.g. Subscribe and Save, Deals, Family, Student, Smile, Fresh etc.). You will partner with different internal stakeholders to improve a program’s offering and its benefits for our customers. You will receive guidance on how to optimize visibility across our website and selectively activate our marketing channels to increase customer conversion and retention. You will learn to report program performance, benchmark competitors and other marketplaces to seek opportunities to innovate, and present findings to senior leaders. This role provides an opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams, demonstrate project management skills and deliver impactful results in a competitive and dynamic business climate.

Interns at Amazon Mexico work 6hs a day (30hs/week) for 12 months (between April 2024 and April 2025). Participants will work in a hybrid model, joining their teams at least three times per week at our CDMX Office in Mexico

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Mexico City, DIF, MEX

Basic Qualifications

· Currently enrolled at a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, e-commerce, Engineering or related field with a graduation conferral date between July 2023 and July 2025.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlook up, charts).

Preferred Qualifications

· SQL knowledge

· Previous internship experience

· Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish
