At least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management to include:

• Good understanding of managing full SDLC

• Prepare and manage project plan through completion

• Experience with application enhancements (screen or backend)j projects

• Experience with Interface file projects (fixed-width, delimited, xml, API)

• Key liaison between business and IT

• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment

• Flexible with shifting priorities

• Does not require a rigid process driven environment

• Communicating with Sr Leadership

• Claims knowledge is a plus but not required
