Insight Global's client is looking to hire a Senior Digital Business Analyst to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role will be responsible for aligning our clients Tracks Product and Technology with our brand business needs and requirements. The role is critical to driving impact across our partnering Brands through soliciting requirements, managing backlog, planning sprints, and supporting the development of our Product roadmap. Reporting to a Product Manager you will collaborate with passionate teams driven to drive unmatched restaurant operations.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (digital preferred)

Experience working in a digital transformation project would be a huge plus

Experience working with product teams and support product managers

Strong Agile/Scrum experience

Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners

Strong understanding of customer needs

Ability to use analysis to prioritize business value

Self-disciplined Get Stuff Done approach to work

Demonstrated ability to influence peer decision making

Extreme Ownership mentality (Growth Mindset)

Strong understanding of customer needs and business strategy null
