Good Sam is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Marketing Manager of CRM Operations, to join our team. As the Project Manager at Good Sam, you will be responsible for leading and executing various marketing CRM projects and campaigns to drive engagement and growth for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience in CRM operations. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams, set project goals, and ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects and campaigns on time. This is a hybrid role out of our Chicago, IL office, minimum one day onsite requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Create and maintain a comprehensive CRM marketing calendar including all channels such as direct mail, email, and SMS

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure CRM projects and campaigns are launched on time including CRM journeys, triggers as well as batch campaigns

  • Serve as the point of contact for all CRM campaign-related inquiries and issues.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of CRM operations.

  • Keep projects on track by proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks and delays. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors (data, analytics and print production) to execute specific project components.

  • Work closely with CRM, Marketing Technology and Analytics teams to prioritize and execute strategic projects aligned with overall goals

  • Utilize Agile methodology principles and practices for planning, managing, and delivering solutions

  • Schedule and facilitate stand ups, events, meetings, and decision-making processes

  • Analyze and communicate project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements

  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross functional stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 3 + years of proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects from initiation to completion.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM marketing principles and production

  • PMP or other relevant certifications (optional but a plus).

Pay Range:

$81,375.00-$122,088.75 Annual
