Join our team as a vital contributor in our Human Resources department. We're seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with management in aligning HR strategies with our business objectives. You'll play a pivotal role in various HR areas including employee relations, compensation, staffing, training, organizational development, safety, and change management.

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations seamlessly.

  • Manage talent programs and maintain accurate employee data.

  • Ensure timely execution of compensation adjustments and benefits administration.

  • Facilitate employee development initiatives and maintain training records.

  • Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Provide comprehensive training to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures.

  • Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management and employee relations.

  • Interpret and communicate HR policies effectively across the organization.

  • Provide recommendations for conflict resolution and performance improvement.

  • Maintain necessary employment documentation in compliance with regulations.

  • Collaborate with department managers to address HR priorities.

  • Compile HR metrics to illustrate alignment with organizational goals.

  • Drive operational enhancements through proactive recommendations.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and support organizational objectives.

  • Execute special HR projects with precision and efficiency.

  • Lead employee communication initiatives using diverse media channels.

  • Assist in non-management recruitment and onboarding processes.
