Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to support our Graduate Development Program (GDP). In this role, we are looking for a person who will represent the GDP on college campuses around the country. This role is a blend of recruitment and strategy. The Recruiter in this role will focus on attraction, onboarding, university relations, assessment of candidates, and the graduate experience. This person will be expected to travel to various universities and Turner & Townsend offices across the USA and meet the business program needs by achieving the annual target hiring goals. This role may also be required to support the wider businesses recruitment needs and/or the overall Graduate Program.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities :

Attraction

  • Managing our online presence and advertising with university career services

  • Manage national advertising boards including scheduling target emails

  • Coordinate and support careers fairs, presentations and other events across university campuses and schools

  • Distribute marketing materials to offices and manage inventory

  • Manage candidate marketing materials for all offices

  • Assist with the coordination of events for potential candidates

  • Manage university engagement

  • Set a clear DE&I strategy for attraction

Onboarding

  • Working alongside the development team to design and implement the onboarding campaign and run ‘keep warm’ activities

  • Notifying the development team to enroll graduate and interns on to appropriate courses

  • Creating content, organizing presenters, orchestrating venues and scheduling for the annual GDP onboarding week.

  • Coordinating with the GDP Quarterbacks for Line Manager & buddy assignments

  • Manage candidate inquiries related to interest in our GDP.

Selection

  • Orchestrating the selection process: training the GDP Committee, setting a clear project execution plan for hiring. Managing the process end to end.

  • Screening candidate video interviews, progressing candidates to next stage of process

  • Updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so all candidates are at correct steps

  • Making offers to candidates talking through opportunities and benefits offered from Turner & Townsend

Experience

  • Applicants will be expected to have previous recruitment experience

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Experience arranging interviews, and high volume hiring

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office

  • Previous university relations experience is a plus.
