Randstad has partnered with a highly reputable roofing and siding manufacturer located in Plymouth, MN. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance coordination within the facility. This full-time, non-exempt position, reporting directly to the Senior Production Manager, requires exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise. Responsibilities

Maintenance:

• Implementing preventive maintenance and repair procedures according to company standards, overseeing documentation and adherence to protocols.

• Supervising Maintenance Technicians in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, as well as managing wastewater and roll grinding operations.

• Cultivating a collaborative and productive work environment to enhance team performance and morale.

• Facilitating the training and development of maintenance personnel, promoting continuous learning and skill improvement.

• Overseeing adjustments to plant equipment to ensure optimum performance and safety.

• Leading preventive maintenance efforts to maintain the reliability of production equipment.

• Conducting "in-shop" repairs, including welding, machining, and related tasks, while guiding and assisting maintenance staff.

• Identifying complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues and coordinating appropriate corrective actions.

• Collaborating closely with production teams to execute tasks efficiently and safely.

• Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory safety requirements, including OSHA standards.

• Procuring spare and replacement parts and materials as necessary.

• Performing all duties while adhering to regulatory safety requirements, such as OSHA standards.

• Consistently utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and understanding Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
