Job Title: Screw Machine Setup

Location: Hamilton, Ohio

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

Individual will perform machine setup and run Acme and Davenport screw machines. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified mechanically inclined machine set-up/operator to work with a great company.

• Relevant work experience; maintenance, mechanic, automotive mechanic, or trade school completion

• Perform standard math add, subtract, multiply, and divide

• Responsible for operation of screw machines; including, loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removing chips from machine.

• Responsible for performing setup on screw machines; including, tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tool adjustments to ensure continued conformance to specifications.

What’s Needed?

• Mechanically inclined Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixings things both familiar and unfamiliar.

• Perform standard math Individual needs to able to perform standard math to effectively make machine adjustments.

• Reasoning ability Ability to think, reflect, and make decision to overcome obstacles.
