Job Track Description:

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources for accounts receivable information.

• Prepare on a monthly basis reports of accounts receivables, unbilled balances, reserves and contract assets for several legal entities.

• Assist with the review and reduction of data discrepancies for the accounts receivable information.

• Locate and define new process improvements opportunities.

• Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.

• Performs miscellaneous assignments.

• Responds to routine questions related to area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• A/R reporting experience (Desired)
