Great client looking for a Plastics Molding process technician to join their team. The molding process technician will support injection molding and injection blow molding optimizing and maintaining production processes to ensure high-quality parts that meet both customer expectation. Candidate must have experience in injection molding.

responsibilities:

• To be able to work safety and follow all safety guidelines.

• Identify safety problems and support solutions.

• Pull and set molds from presses - IMM, IBM.

• Pull and set EOAT for robotics along with minor set up of robots.

• Support set up of auxiliary equipment.

• Support material supply to presses as needed.

• Ensure molds are running within set parameters - Daily process verification.

• Respond to machine alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues.

• Ensure production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

• Identify quality defects and take corrective actions

• .Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area

• Proactively engage and support company policies to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvement.

Qualificaiotns:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Injection molding or Injection blow molding processing.

Other:

• Experience or knowledge of scientific molding.

• Experience with IMM or IBM machines.

• Experience with various mold concepts (Injection, injection blow, cold and hot runner systems, multi plate molds, cores, slide, etc.)

*This is a rotating schedule and will start on days but eventually switch to nights.
