Workforce Staffing

The Workforce Staffing team is a skilled, customer obsessed, support team that owns hiring across multiple locations for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles. We are looking for exceptionally talented, bright and driven people to help build the future Amazon talent pipeline.

As an HR Assistant you are responsible for executing in funnel candidate communications as scheduled and/or requested and include managing communication requests, training, auditing, reporting, and any other responsibilities assigned to the position. Overtime may also be required to support the needs of the business.

Work on executing, analyzing, auditing, reporting, and improving all aspects of in funnel candidate communications. The scope includes all available communication channels, sending platforms, and communication owners to ensure the best possible candidate experience with the most accurate information. Understand, identify, and resolve communication issues for all requests and standard communications.

Successful candidates will be approachable, action-oriented, flexible problem solvers with great verbal and written communication skills and have exceptional attention to detail. Our team’s schedules vary and require travel to multiple sites according to business needs. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history!

El Paso, TX, USA

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or High school or equivalent and 1+ years of case management experience

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

  • 1+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of human resources functions experience

  • Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferred

  • Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
