DEN Aircraft Fuel Supervisor:

  • Starting rate $26 per hr. with the potential to earn an additional $50 per week for meeting attendance requirements and do not have any disciplinary actions (Contact HR details)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary focus of the Fuel Supervisor is to supervise the employees in the Fueling Department. This position is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the fueling operations and will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Prime Flight's and the Client’s policies as well as applicable state laws.

Some responsibilities may include interviewing hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for fuel trucks, fuel farm, tugs, towing equipment and other related fuel service equipment.

  • Responsible for maintaining the highest level of safety. Additionally, training all fueling staff to the same standard.

  • Responsible for supervision of Fueling staff.

  • Responsible for executing extremely high levels of customer service.

  • Responsible for all assigned fueling and towing activity

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of supervisory

  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and the client

  • Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement in a safe, efficient manner

  • Follow oral and written directions; plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule; and maintain good working relationships with others

  • Ability to work without direct management supervision

  • Must be comfortable with working in all weather conditions, day, night and working outdoors.

Education/Experience:

Minimum Requirements (Submitted resumes that do not clearly identify the following education/work experience will not be considered):

Associates Degree. High School Diploma or equivalent may be substituted with two or more year’s relevant experience in training and/or compliance.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
