JOB OVERVIEW–This position is assigned to the Clinical Therapist Supervisor under the Mental Health Services Administrator. * Provide activities-related services to inmates on the mental health caseload with the focus of services covering inmates housed on the Mental Health Treatment Unit. * Provide treatment services and recreation activities using a variety of techniques to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well being of clients. * Help reduce symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety, and help clients recover basic motor functions and reasoning abilities. * Help clients build confidence and socialize effectively to enable greater independence and to help reduce the long-term effects of the client’s mental illness. * The hourly rate of this position will increase by $1.50 per hour or 4% whichever is greater starting July 1, 2024, in accordance with HB13. *APPLICATION MATERIALS /Applications missing required documentation may not be considered./ * State of Montana Application * Cover Letter * Resume Background screens which may include criminal records check, child/patient/offender abuse registries, and reference checks will be conducted for this position.
