Robert Half is looking for HR Specialists in the Dayton area to join our client's HR team and support all human resources functions. This is a contract opportunity anticipated to last for several months and is working full-time hours.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs.

• Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding.

• Assist with employee relations.

• Administer benefits and support payroll.

• Develop policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
