We are offering an exciting opportunity for an AR role in the heart of Dallas, Texas. This role will entail the processing and maintenance of customer credit applications and records, within the legal industry. In this position, you will be required to monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently in accordance with legal industry standards

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all details are up-to-date and precise

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts closely, identifying any irregularities or issues

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments, adhering to all necessary legal guidelines

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and manage customer credit information

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process

• Adapt to any additional hours beyond normal schedule as needed to meet the needs of the firm

• Utilize eBillingHub, Tymetrix360, Serengeti, DataCert, Legal-X software for eBilling purposes

• Maintain a professional presentation and communication skillset throughout all interactions.

Requirements • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

• Proven experience as a Billing Clerk or similar role will be advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement

• Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

• Excellent data entry skills

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be capable of maintaining client confidentiality.
