Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in Dallas, Texas. The role involves performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, bridging user requirements and development specifications, assisting with user acceptance testing, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a highly integrated team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges.

• Gather and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

• Communicate effectively with, and influence, key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.

• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.

• Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and technology teams, to ensure alignment and successful solution design.

• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.

• Propose innovative solutions and create detailed documentation (such as business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories).

• Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals and technological capabilities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills: Atlassian Jira, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Informatica, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Design, JIRA. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and JIRA for project management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Expertise in conducting Gap Analysis

• Experience with Informatica for data integration

• Skill in AB Testing for optimization

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies

• Understanding of Business Process Functions and their applications

• Ability to draft a comprehensive Business Requirement Document

• Creative and analytical thinking for Design aspects

• Experience with Database systems for data management and organization

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
