Work Schedule: 8 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 5:00:00 PM)

Summary:

This position drives the strategy to foster and improve network optimization throughout the Rush Health Clinically Integrated Network. Utilizes Rush Health analytics to identify areas to optimize network and member utilization. Works closely with Rush Health Provider Relations and RUMC Physician liaisons. Provides high-level project facilitation work related to strategic network outreach and implementation of member alignment initiatives to favorably impact avoidable out of network utilization and foster communication, awareness and issue resolution among Rush Health members. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5 years of Network Development or Sales recruiting experience.

• Strong interpersonal, communications and organization skills, both written and oral

• Experience with database software programs

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Master degree.

• Experience working in a Clinically Integrated Network.

• Project management experience.

• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare field.

• Experience as a Physician Liaison or in Pharmaceutical, medical device or other healthcare sales role.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies and contribute to the implementation of executable business and provider strategies to drive growth and minimize avoidable out of network utilization.

• Responsible for budget preparation and management of resources.

• Lead administrator for the physician relationship management (PRM) platform, currently Evariant, on behalf of RH and the clinically integrated network needs.

• Maintains platform relevance by customizing product and key point of contact to vendor related to Clinically Integrated Network applications.

• Develops and monitors departmental reporting tools using RUSH designated PRM for effectiveness and business activity reporting.

• Works closely with the RUSH Strategic Planning, Strategic Growth, and Rush Health Analytics to develop PRM customizations and analytic tools tailored to this role and the needs of the CIN.

• Stays current and familiar with RH operations, contracts, and key drivers for the CIN as well as the industry.

• Stays current with healthcare strategy and trends in the market to bring new and innovative approaches to the position and the department which continually improve processes.

• Assists with the preparation of internal business proposals and responses, coordinates internal resources and manages deadlines.

• Develops goals and implements specific outreach, relationship building and educational plan targeted to RH members

• Reports activity and results to RUSH and RH leadership on a regular cadence.

• Accountable to deliver a set number of relationships development calls and events on a monthly basis.

• Leads a CIN Network Development monthly committee that sets priorities, reviews network coverage and utilization, reviews program manager field activities, and results of physician alignment efforts.

• Develops and support ongoing provider relations, education, and training processes with RH member relations.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
