Description

Robert Half is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a reputable law firm in Chicago, IL. Your primary role will be to handle complex commercial cases in both state and federal courts, including significant pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse workload, including the preparation of depositions, pre-trial matters, trial, and appeals

• Handle investigation, management, and discovery of large collections of documents and data files

• Handle all aspects of Commercial Litigation

• Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Conduct thorough legal research and exhibit strong writing and oral communication skills

• Foster strong, long-standing client relationships

  Requirements

• Must possess a law degree from an accredited law school

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience

• Proficiency in the use of Case Management Software and Legal software is required

• Must have handled Commercial Litigation cases in the past

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
