This hands-on role will lead a team of control testers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our enterprise compliance controls. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in building and managing robust testing and monitoring programs within a complex organizational structure. As a key leader on the enterprise compliance team, you will collaborate with internal lawyers and operational partners across the business to create and maintain robust compliance practices around controls. You will be a passionate and experienced leader with a comprehensive understanding of GRC frameworks and corporate compliance programs. What you'll do in your role. Manage and develop a dedicated team of compliance testers. Provide expert guidance and advice to business owners and legal SMEs on the development of effective compliance controls. Collaborate with legal SMEs to understand implications of non-compliance and develop robust remediation strategies. Review and approve final reports documenting testing findings, recommendations, and management responses. Present findings to senior management and governance committees. Develop and maintain testing and monitoring KPIs and KRIs. Stay abreast of regulatory developments, DOJ guidance, industry trends, and emerging risks to ensure the compliance controls testing program remains relevant and effective. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness of compliance risks, sharing lessons learned, and driving enhancements to all components of the enterprise compliance program framework.
