Wholesale strategy team is a dynamic group providing vision and direction to enable innovation and growth for T-Mobile's Wholesale business, which consists of Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO), Aggregators and Resellers segments, and offers a comprehensive suite of products, platform, connectivity, and programmable network solutions. Wholesale is a quick-moving, ambitious, and rapidly growing part of T-Mobile's overall business. The Sr Business Analysis Manager uses strong analytical skills to effectively frame complex problems, delivers critical business insights and data-driven recommendations to guide strategic and operational decisions impacting business growth. As an individual contributor, you will illustrate economic implications of the various options, highlight the trade-offs, and provide inputs for product and offer design supported by market research and data analysis. This position works closely with various senior leaders across functional organizations to understand key business objectives, evaluate customer needs, and develop solution options in alignment with our overarching strategic goals. The successful candidate excels in a fast paced environment, is passionate about solving problems, embraces a growth mindset and is willing to learn new concepts in ever evolving wholesale landscape. Responsibilities: Develop quantitative and qualitative decision support models to drive clarity of action to business leaders Create business cases in support of market opportunities. Perform market research, provide an analysis of market sizing, competitive landscape and industry trend, assist in pricing recommendations Transform complex, incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable recommendations backed by structured thinking and data-driven insights Act as an internal data SME, extract and analyze data, and comfortable working with datasets to answer business questions Create executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analyses Partner with channel leadership to implement key operational initiatives. Work closely with internal clients to understand business issues, recommend strategies and gain cross-functional alignment Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor for leadership around wholesale portfolio management Collaborate and develop positive working relationships with functional groups including business development, product, pricing, finance, and marketing Drive improvements in a matrixed environment through collaboration, creativity, and effective communication Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related field MBA or Master's Degree in quantitative field preferred 7 years - Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis, including analyzing complex data 7 years - Strategy and Problem Solving. Experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations Attention to detail, yet also handle multiple workstreams concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills - able to explain abstract concepts, complex models and methodologies succinctly to various partne
