Job Overview:

The Associate Admin Assistance supports the Timekeeping group and works closely with their supervisor to follow clearly defined General Services procedures. The Associate Admin Assistance is a role that allows for the development of new Timekeeping-related skills. The Associate Admin Assistance is responsible for performing basic Timekeeping activities and using existing procedures, to solve straightforward problems.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and enter timekeeping data into company systems

  • Review and reconcile timesheets for accuracy.

  • Communicate with employees to address discrepancies and obtain missing information

  • Assist in generating reports related to employee hours, overtime, and attendance

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Entry-level position, 0 to 3 years of experience Entry-level position, 2 to 3 years of experience preferred

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is desirable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures

  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations is a plus
