The team you will be a part of

The Talent Acquisition team implements the organization's recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business. Recruitment activities may include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates; checking references; negotiating employment offers; relocation; orientation and introductory training.

This role in summary

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to support professional-level roles in our Corporate-based business groups. In this role, you will work closely with our Hiring Leaders to understand their talent requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and execute the recruiting initiatives required to fill open roles across multiple business functions. You will be a key voice in the screening, interviewing, and selection processes as you provide your expertise and advice to our leaders. You will provide critical input on all facets of the TA process, including marketplace data, job offer structure and negotiation, and closing candidates. You will also serve as the TA subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance to hiring managers and other process stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for Professional staffing roles of different levels.

  • Develop a sourcing plan to identify diverse candidates both internal and external.

  • Support on Employer Branding Actitivies

  • Job postings, Job boards, Internal referral program, external resources

  • Conduct phone screens and assess candidates for interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.

  • Ensure effective communication with the Hiring Manager, leading the Kick-off for the assigned roles and properly documenting and completing intake documents.

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with Whirlpool internal stakeholders, such as Hiring Manager, HRBP, vendors, TA colleagues (Talent Sourcers, Recruitment Coordinators) HR Operations (Data Management, Benefits, Compensations)

  • Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition teams.

  • Interview and assess candidates that are presented to People Leaders (Hiring Managers)

  • Conduct interviews based on our Leadership model and Interview Guidelines.

  • Knowledge of ATS - Success Factors, Eightfold and PLUM preferred

  • Ensure full cycle Recruitment process activities run efficiently.

  • Generate Job offers, validate with Compensations and extend offers of employment.

  • Organization with Candidate Pools, Talent Pipeline, searches, Hiring Manager interactions

  • Promote participation from Hiring Managers for NPS Survey.

  • Alignment with Professional Staffing indicators: SLA, KPIs, Time to fill

Minimum requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Human Capital, Business Administration or related fields.

  • 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience Including: Sourcing, Search strategy, (Boolean Strings) Recruiting, Screening, Assess, Job Offers, Onboarding

  • Advanced English Level.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • 3 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting professional-level roles across multiple business functions

  • Prior experience in recruiting for Engineering roles preferred.

  • Experience recruiting diverse slates of top talent in professional-level business roles

  • 1 or more years of solid sourcing experience (sourcing certifications are a plus)

  • Expertise in using modern recruitment tools including CRM and ATS systems

  • Experience in partnering with and advising hiring managers through the TA project lifecycle

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

  • Bachelor’s degree
